A gourmet meeting between Quebec and Tunisia, in the intimacy of a Montreal kitchen, in the heart of Old Port.
The experience is hosted by Phil the Flavours, private chef and Quebec culinary content creator, accompanied by a Tunisian sous-chef from Sfax.
In a small group, you discover harissa, tabil, spices, fruits, and different sweet and savory recipes, then you cook together before sitting down to share the prepared brunch.
It's a way to brunch differently, by adding discoveries, learning, and meetings to your Sunday morning. Come alone to make new acquaintances, or share the experience with friends or your family.
You will leave with the recipes, tips to reproduce at home, and a few surprises.
More than a cooking class, it's an intimate, participatory, and friendly moment around the table.
