Please arrive at O-Studio The Mount, located at 43 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui. Enter via the main O-Studio entrance and check in with our reception team. Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience to allow time for check-in and a short introduction. Plenty of FREE Parking on site

Begin your restorative journey with 60 minutes in our Contrast Therapy Zone. Soak in our hot magnesium mineral pools, unwind in the soothing steam room or traditional sauna, and refresh your senses with our cold pools and invigorating ice bath.
Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, curious about contrast therapy or simply want to enjoy the warmth of the mineral pools, this is your time to unwind and recharge, at your own pace.
Next, retreat to our Recovery Lounge for 60 minutes of pure relaxation. Sink into a luxurious massage chair or enjoy the gentle sensation of compression / lymphatic therapy as you switch off from the outside world.
Complete your experience with a refreshing chilled towel, premium herbal tea and a complimentary electrolyte hydration drink - thoughtful finishing touches to leave you feeling refreshed and replenished.
