Pickup details:

Pickup starts at 8:00 am from your hotel or Airbnb located in the Roma, Condesa, Centro Histórico, Reforma, and Polanco areas.

One day before the tour, we will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time.

Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes beforehand. Our transport ranges from white vans with 13 - 20 passengers to customized cars and your coordinator will identify you by your name.

If your accommodation is outside the pickup zone, we will assign you a nearby central meeting point, for example, the Zócalo or the Angel of Independence.
