What to expect

**Duration: Approximately 3–4 hours**

Your adventure begins at your meeting point in La Paz, where your team will welcome you and introduce your marine biologist guide.

Before departure, your guide will provide a briefing covering snorkeling safety, whale shark biology, responsible interactions, and wildlife regulations. They will provide snorkeling equipment, including a mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket.

You will then head to the whale shark observation area, where access is regulated by CONANP. A waiting period may be required before entering.

Once authorized, your captain and guide will search for whale sharks in La Paz Bay. When conditions allow, you'll enter the water with your guide to swim alongside the world's largest fish while respecting their natural behavior.

After the encounter, we'll return to La Paz, with time to ask questions about these extraordinary animals.

**Groups are limited to nine guests for a personalized experience.** Whale sharks are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.
