• Please provide Flight No. and Arrival Time.
• The 'starting time' is NOT the same as the pickup. Please refer to the message you will receive after booking from the local tour supplier for your correct pickup details.
• Please reconfirm your booking and correct pickup time by contacting Tropic Wings at least 24 hours prior to travel.
What to expect
Select your pickup from the listed, Cairns Airport, and choose your preferred drop-off location in Palm Cove. Advise Tropic Wings Reservations whether you will be picked up from Domestic Airport or International Airport. Provide your Flight No and Arrival time and how many pieces of luggage you are travelling with.
2. Receive Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your transfer details, including your pickup location and scheduled departure time.
3. Airport Pickup
On the day of travel, our driver will collect you from Cairns Domestic or International Airport you advised. Please be ready at the designated pickup point prior to your departure time.
4. Relax and Enjoy the Journey
Travel in a comfortable shared shuttle service. This direct airport-to-hotel service operates daily, making your journey faster and more convenient.
5. Arrival at Your Destination
Sit back and relax as you're dropped off at your selected hotel in Palm Cove, with luggage included in your transfer.
