- A 5 SGD surcharge applies to all taxis leaving Mandai Wildlife Reserve between 1:00PM and 11:59PM daily to ensure more taxis are available during peak hours.
- Open daily from 9:00AM – 6:00PM. Last entry at 5:00PM. Recommended arrival at least 30 minutes before entry.
- Duration is approximately 2–4 hours, depending on pace and activities.
