- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), who must also hold a valid ticket.
- Minimum height requirement is 85 cm; children below this are not permitted on the ride.
- Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.
- Each boat accommodates up to 6 guests and may require shared seating.
- Guests must remain seated throughout the ride and follow all safety instructions.
