Our public tour on our brand new 49 passenger vessel! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). Each tour includes a dedicated stop to see the Mendenhall Glacier from the water (weather dependent). Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
When you book, please let us know the specific cruise ship name (not just the cruise line). Juneau has five docks, and we meet guests at their ship’s dock. We must have this information ahead of time so we can place a representative at the correct location. Thank you—this helps everything run smoothly on the day of your tour.
Cruise ship pick-up Instructions:
• We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town (or take a shuttle)!
• The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag holding a blue “Harv and Marv's” sign OR and orange “Alaska Galore Tours” sign..
• Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship on the dock.
• DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your ships gangway.
• Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative, stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff.
Drop off point is the same as your pick up point. No other drop off locations can be accomodated. Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted.
If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor) or another central meeting location.
Please be sure to bring these instructions with you on the day of your tour!
Please note that the arrival time is different than the time on your booking when you choose to forgo our transportation. Please reach out to your tour provider for more specifics on meeting us directly at our operating dock.

- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or date or full refund
- We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
- Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking

This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
