Meeting and pickup
Head to Namba Grand Kagetsu. The Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street entrance is straight ahead, between Kagetsu (left) and Don Quijote (right). Enter the street and find our shop immediately on your left, easily identified by the huge, rotating chicken and duck sign!
What to expect
You'll handle the artisan process, including shaping the "shari" rice, painting the fresh textures of the fish to make them look juicy and real, and adding a touch of glossy finish. Keep one for yourself and make the other as a special, matching gift for a loved one!
