Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage, please exit through the arrivals gate and look for our representative holding a sign with “Tourist Vehicle Service” or your name.
Our representative or driver will assist you with your transfer to your hotel. Please keep your phone switched on after arrival in case our team needs to contact you.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact Tourist Vehicle Service using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
We provide hotel drop-off throughout Kathmandu Valley, including any hotels in Thamel, Lazimpat, Boudha, Patan, and nearby and inside RingRoad areas.
What to expect
Our team will monitor the provided flight details and arrange your private vehicle and professional driver accordingly. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals exit.
Our representative or driver will be waiting at the designated meeting area with a “Tourist Vehicle Service” sign and your name for easy identification. After meeting you, the driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to the private vehicle.
You will then travel directly to your hotel or designated location in Kathmandu. The journey generally takes around 20–40 minutes, depending on traffic and your destination.
For a smooth pickup, please keep your phone switched on after arrival. If you cannot locate your driver, contact Tourist Vehicle Service using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
