1. Hotel & Airbnb Guests Pickup
Pickup is available from all hotels and Airbnbs in Santorini.
If your hotel or Airbnb is not accessible by car due to pedestrian-only areas or other restrictions, pickup will take place at a nearby main road location, within a short walking distance from your Hotel.
2. Cruise Passengers Pickup
Santorini has two ports where cruise passengers are tendered:
Fira Port and Athinios Port.
FIRA PORT INSTRUCTIONS:
If you will be tendered at the Fira Port, we will pick you up from the Santorini McDonald's near the top of the Santorini cable car (you must use the cable car; the Fira Port is inaccessible by car).
That's what we would recommend, using the Cable Car if you are tendered to Fira Port.
The cable car ride takes only 3 minutes.
ATHINIOS PORT INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are tendered at Athinios Port, we will pick you up directly from the port (Athinios Port has road access).
Whether you will be finally tendered to the Fira Port or the Athinios Port relies solely on the cruise ship/cruise line.
It is not a decision of the passengers or the tour operator.
3. Travelers Arriving by Ferry (not Cruise Ship)
Complimentary (free of charge) pickup is provided from the Santorini (Athinios) Port.
4. Travelers Arriving by Plane / Helicopter / Commercial Flight
This tour provides complimentary (free of charge) pickup from Santorini Airport as well as all heliports and helipads in Santorini.
F.A.Q - Cruise Passengers:
"I am a cruise passenger, what happens if I arrive late, I am nervous that with the tendering and cable car logistics I might miss my private tour/driver appointment"/
Answer:
We are aware that Santorini is a tender port, and we understand that the “logistics” with the cable car and tenders is somewhat unpredictable.
Regardless if you arrive late on your private tour/driver appointment, there is no need to worry.
Your “tour/driver” time starts from the moment you meet with your guide/driver, not before.
Our staff member/members will be waiting for you for as long as it needs – complimentary.
Additionally, our Customer Support/Service Team is always with you via live WhatsApp Chat, to guide you through every process, emergencies and last-minute assistance where needed.

It’s the perfect stop to experience Santorini’s unique volcanic landscape and laid-back coastal vibe.
Optional Stop - Three Bells of Fira: Stop at the iconic Three Bells of Fira, one of Santorini’s most famous photo locations. Optional Stop - Private Blue Dome Church View: Would you love a photo of Santorini's iconic Blue Dome Church... without the crowds? Right next to our office we have private, restricted access to one of the island's beautiful Blue Dome Churches — a viewpoint that's closed to the public. That means when you visit, there will be zero other guests in your shot. Just you and the view. You're welcome to enjoy this private spot, as well as Santorini's many other Blue Dome Churches around the island. One honest note: for the public churches we can't promise there won't be other visitors taking photos at the same time. But the Blue Dome view beside our office is one we can guarantee will be completely private — entirely yours. It's optional and free of charge, simply for guests who'd love a crowd-free picture of one of Santorini's most famous sights. Just let your guide know, and we'll be happy to arrange it!
