Board your Fullers360 Waiheke Walk-up ferry from Pier 11 or 12, Downtown Ferry Terminal, Auckland. At Matiatia Ferry Terminal, catch the Western Explorer Hop-On Hop-Off Bus to Batch Winery. Use your bus pass to explore after lunch, then return to Matiatia for your ferry back.

What to expect

Waiheke Island's ideal microclimate produces some of New Zealand's most celebrated artisan wines, and this Wine & Dine experience is the easiest way to taste it for yourself. Cross the Hauraki Gulf by ferry from Auckland, taking in idyllic views of seaside villages, lavender fields and forest along the way. On arrival, settle in at Batch Winery for a seasonal multi-course lunch paired with a glass of wine, all set against sweeping vineyard views. Afterwards, explore the rest of Waiheke at your own pace using your included Western Explorer Hop-On Hop-Off Bus pass, stopping wherever catches your eye before heading back to Matiatia for your return ferry to Auckland. Ferries run until late evening, so there's no need to rush your day
