Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from selected locations on Koh Tao. Please provide your hotel or accommodation details when booking. The team will confirm the exact pickup time and location with you by WhatsApp before the tour.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at least 5 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. If your accommodation is not accessible by vehicle, we will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point.
Guests who do not require pickup can meet at the office at approximately 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, please go to the reception and show your booking confirmation, and let the staff know you are joining the Private Charter Boat tour. The team will assist you with the next steps.

Our team will welcome you at Mae Haad Pier after pickup from your hotel or villa. You’ll receive a short safety and tour briefing before boarding the private charter boat and continuing your adventure.
