Meeting and pickup
Airport Pickups: Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time in case of delays. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals hall. Meet & Greet service available, our driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area, right after you exit customs holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name.Please keep your mobile phone switched on after landing.
Hotel, Apartment & Private Residence Pickups: Please be ready at the agreed pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The driver will wait at the main entrance or reception area whenever possible.
Cruise Port Pickups: Your driver will meet you at the designated passenger pickup area outside the cruise terminal after disembarkation.
Important: Please provide a valid mobile phone number, accommodation details in Andorra, flight information (if applicable), and advise in advance if you will be travelling with ski equipment, oversized luggage, child seats or special requirements.

For hotel, private accommodation, cruise terminal, or train station pickups, please wait at the main entrance or designated pickup area of your location at the scheduled time.
Your driver will contact you and meet you directly at the pickup point. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on and reachable to avoid any delay.
