The Spirit & Bonbon plus Candy-Making experience features multiple (4) spirits paired with our beautiful handmade bonbons. You'll learn a little about each spirit, taste some amazing chocolates, and even get to create your own custom Goo Goo!

This is located at 116 3rd Ave South, across the street from the Johnny Cash Museum and between the Moxy hotel and the Siegenthaler pedestrian bridge.

What to expect

This is the flagship store of the city’s most iconic candy. After a warm welcome, you’ll learn the story, the first combination candy bar in America—before diving into a fun, hands-on candy-making experience. Guided by a chocolate expert, you’ll build your own custom creation from a myriad of caramels, nougats, nut butters and dry ingredients. You'll also have the opportunity to taste four of the housemade, hand-painted bonbons carefully paired with select local whiskies and bourbons - it's a sweet time!
