This class puts you inside that culture. Starting at a neighborhood supermarket — the kind local moms actually use — you'll pick up fresh ingredients before heading to MagicalTrip's studio to make three iconic Osaka dishes:

Okonomiyaki — savory pancake with cabbage, pork belly, bonito flakes, and okonomiyaki sauce.
Niku-sui — rich beef and tofu soup in a light dashi broth; a hidden gem most visitors never discover.
Yaki-Gyoza — crispy pan-fried dumplings with seasoned pork and cabbage, golden and juicy.
