Meeting and pickup
All guests must call within 72 hours of their tour to reconfirm tour details, including their pickup time and pickup location.
Please look for a large vehicle with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters displayed prominently on its exterior. Your driver will transport you to our terminal in Boulder City, Nevada. The drive takes approximately 35 minutes.
Guests who prefer to drive themselves to the departure location are welcome to do so and will not miss any portion of the tour experience. Self-drive guests are required to check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at our Boulder City terminal.

Based on your chosen departure point, you can either make your own way to the applicable terminal or enjoy complimentary round-trip transportation from one of eight designated Las Vegas pickup hotels. If making your own way to the terminal, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled helicopter flight for check-in and pre-flight preparations.
