Our dedicated HQT team is at Punta Cana International Airport 24/7. We track your arrival flight and greet you with a sign displaying your name, then take you to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle assigned according to your group size. If you book a return transfer, we confirm your hotel pickup time the day before departure.

Airport arrival instructions:
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, walk all the way outside, past the tour operator counters. Our HQT representative will be in the outdoor pickup area, alongside other transportation companies waiting with name signs. Look for a sign displaying your name and the HQT logo.
The airport can be crowded and noisy. Some people may tell you that we are not there and offer to help so they can sell you another transfer. Please continue to the pickup area and look for our official team. If you cannot find us, message or call us directly before accepting help or transportation from anyone else. We have a dedicated team at the airport at all times.
What to expect
For airport arrivals, meet our HQT representative in the outdoor pickup area before boarding your assigned vehicle. For departures, we will pick you up from your hotel at the confirmed time.

Some resorts include “Punta Cana” in the name but are actually located in Uvero Alto or La Romana. We highly recommend Googling your hotel and checking the exact address before choosing your transfer. This will help avoid pricing issues and ensure a smooth experience. Selecting the correct option ensures your transfer is priced correctly and on time.
