Sunday arrival pickup from Bari Palese Airport or Bari Centrale station, followed by transfer to Trani. Please provide arrival details when booking. On day 10, the return transfer from Lecce to Bari airport or station is arranged around the departure time; no fixed departure hour.

    Sunday — Arrival in Bari and Trani

    Arrive at Bari airport or Bari Centrale according to your arrival schedule. A private dedicated minivan transfers you to Trani for a two-night stay in a boutique hotel in the historic centre. At 6:00 pm, meet your licensed local guide by the seafront Romanesque cathedral for a walk through the harbour, medieval town and Jewish quarter. At 7:30 pm, enjoy a welcome aperitif with local products at the harbour. Dinner at leisure; overnight in Trani.

    Monday — Castel del Monte and Moscato di Trani

    After breakfast, travel from Trani at 10:00 am to Castel del Monte for a guided visit to the UNESCO-listed fortress. Return to Trani at about 1:00 pm for lunch at leisure. At 4:30 pm, visit a historic winery for a guided tasting of Moscato di Trani DOC and wines from the Murge. Return to the hotel around 6:00 pm.

    After breakfast, depart Trani at 9:00 am. Take part in a hands-on mozzarella and burrata workshop, followed by an olive-oil tasting at a local mill. Arrive in Bari at about 3:00 pm and check in at Hotel Boston or a similar hotel. At 6:00 pm, meet at Piazza Federico II di Svevia by Castello Svevo for a guided sunset walk through Bari Old Town. Evening at leisure; overnight in Bari.
