Meeting and pickup
St Pancras Train Station, After you have collected your luggage, please meet the driver directly outside of the train station opposite King's Cross at the pick-up and drop-off area.
Please note It is a 2 to 3-minute walk to the pick-up and drop-off area.
What to expect
On the day of travel, your fully licensed professional driver will monitor your scheduled arrival and meet you at the designated pick-up area outside St Pancras International. The driver will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your scheduled train arrival, allowing you time to leave the train, collect your luggage, and make your way to the meeting point.
Your driver will assist you with your luggage before you begin your private transfer to Southampton. You and your party will travel directly to your selected Southampton hotel, address, or agreed drop-off point.
The service is private for you and your party. Vehicle allocation is based on the number of passengers and luggage booked, so please provide accurate passenger and luggage details when making your reservation.
