1The Nelson Mandela Gateway To Robben Island
Arrive at the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront, where you will board the ferry for a scenic journey across Table Bay to Robben Island. On arrival, take a short walk to the tour buses while passing historical buildings and structures linked to the island’s past. Your guided bus tour explores some of Robben Island’s most significant landmarks, including the leprosy graveyard, the Lime Quarry, Robert Sobukwe’s house, and the Maximum Security Prison.
