1Aquila Private Game Reserve
Start the day with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Cape Town and travel through the scenic Cape Winelands and Karoo landscape to Aquila Private Game Reserve. On arrival, enjoy an early morning safari game drive in an open safari vehicle, guided by Aquila’s professional game rangers. Look out for wildlife such as elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelope, and other animals while enjoying the reserve’s wide-open landscape. After the safari, there may be time to relax at the lodge before continuing to the Cape Winelands.

2Fairview Wine and Cheese
After the safari, continue toward Paarl for a relaxing stop at Fairview, one of the Cape Winelands’ well-known wine and cheese estates. Guests can enjoy optional wine tasting, cheese tasting, browse the deli, visit the famous goat tower, or purchase something light to eat. This is a great stop to relax after the safari and enjoy the flavours of the Cape Winelands.

3Spice Route Destination
The final stop is Spice Route Destination, a relaxed Winelands estate offering a variety of tasting experiences and food options. Guests can choose from wine tasting, craft beer tasting, chocolate tasting, spirit tastings, or simply enjoy the views and have something to eat at one of the restaurants. This stop gives guests a flexible and enjoyable end to the day before returning to Cape Town.
