We begin with a Bicerin, Turin’s iconic mix of espresso, chocolate, and cream, paired with Gianduiotto, the famous hazelnut chocolate. Then we explore savory specialties like vitello tonnato, tomino with salsa verde, and even calf tongue for the more adventurous.

A highlight is Porta Palazzo Market, the largest open-air market in Europe, where locals shop daily. Here, you’ll feel the city’s true energy and enjoy fresh pasta on the go.
