Your day begins in the rugged mountains of the island with a visit to the Sfendoni Cave, where thousands of years of natural art have settled.Continue to a traditional mitato, a stone shepherd's hut hidden in the highlands. Here you will immerse yourself in authentic Cretan life : watch the milking of the goats, pick fresh vegetables from the garden, explore the shepherd's cottage and experience demonstrations of cheese making and the preparation of the sweet Kalitsounia pastries.
Afterwards, a generous Cretan lunch with a variety of local specialities awaits you, including the famous Antikristo Lamb, slowly cooked according to traditional mountain style.Your last stop is the historic village of Anogia, known for its proud traditions, its crafts and its warm hospitality. Stroll through the charming streets, meet the locals and soak up the atmosphere before we return.
