Important pickup time info
Your driver will start waiting for you 45 minutes after flight arrival. The included free waiting time from then onward is 45 minutes.
Please follow the below instructions to find your driver:
You will find a greeter with the sign outside of the Baggage Claim. He will check your name and summon your driver.
If you cannot find your driver, call them
Please switch on your mobile phone right after landing and check for the SMS with your driver's mobile phone number, which you should have received 20 minutes before pickup.
If you cannot reach your driver
In case you cannot find your driver, please contact him directly using the mobile number sent to you via SMS or use the Driver chat in our Self-Service Centre- https://rideselfservice.com/self-service/login

What to expect
You can pre-book your private airport transfer from SDQ to anywhere in Santo Domingo city center.
When placing a booking, you may adjust the ride to your particular needs. If you travel with a big family, a couple of friends or brought a lot of luggage, simply indicate it in the booking and the car that will pick you up will be suited just for you.
It is important to remember to add your flight number upon placing the booking. This way, your driver will track your plane’s arrival so you won’t have to worry about any flight delays. We will always wait for you.
For your convenience, shortly before the time of the pickup, you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, contact details, our support number and booking reference.
Once you have landed, we will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a meet & greet sign board sign and will assist you with your luggage.
