This private kayak and snorkeling experience offers a slower and more personalized way to explore Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas. Launching directly from Playa Empacadora, you’ll paddle beside granite cliffs, sea lion colonies, Lovers Beach, and the famous Arch while avoiding the crowded feeling of larger boat tours.
Private tours naturally move at a different rhythm. With flexible pacing, extra time for snorkeling, wildlife viewing, photos, or simply floating beside the coastline, the experience feels more immersive and connected to the ocean itself.
The route combines scenic kayaking with guided snorkeling near Pelican Rock, where tropical fish, rays, angelfish, pufferfish, and schools of marine life move through the reefs of the Sea of Cortez. Morning conditions often bring calmer water and softer light around Land’s End, creating an even more relaxed atmosphere.

Meeting and pickup
• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor
• If your hotel is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can check transportation availability for your area
• Guests arriving with their own vehicle may meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or directly at Playa Empacadora, where the experience begins from the beach
• Hotels outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, or Four Seasons, are not included in complimentary transportation and will meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas
• Cruise guests will also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit. Detailed walking directions will be provided with your confirmation message
• Cabo San Lucas cruise arrivals operate using tender boats, which may take additional time depending on port operations. We strongly recommend taking the earliest tender available or booking priority tender service whenever possible
• Guests who miss transportation or arrive late must arrive directly at Playa Empacadora before the activity start time at their own expense
Guests arriving with their own vehicle usually meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas. The activity starts at Playa Empacadora. Please let us know in advance which location you prefer so we can provide your exact meeting time and instructions.
What to expect
Without the pace of a larger group, the route feels calmer and more personal. Sea lions rest on the rocks near Neptune’s Finger while pelicans glide low above the water and the Arch slowly appears ahead between desert cliffs and shifting blue water.
Later, the experience slows even more during snorkeling near Pelican Rock, where reef life moves below the kayaks in clear water. Between paddling, floating, ocean silence, and coastal scenery, the experience feels less like an excursion and more like spending time inside the natural rhythm of Baja.

- Wind and ocean conditions may occasionally prevent access to the Arch area. If this happens, the experience continues around Land’s End with scenic paddling, coastline exploration, and additional snorkeling time. Partial refunds are not provided for ocean-condition route adjustments
- This experience requires favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund
- No locker facilities are available, but belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnancy, or serious heart conditions
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed
- Medical refund requests require an official same-day doctor’s certificate and prior notification before activity start time
