This paddle board and snorkeling experience offers one of the most active and connected ways to explore Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas. Instead of visiting the Arch from a crowded boat, you glide across the Sea of Cortez surrounded by granite cliffs, sea lions, desert coastline, and open water.
The experience combines scenic paddle boarding with guided snorkeling near Pelican Rock, one of the best reef areas for snorkeling in Los Cabos. Depending on the season and visibility, you may encounter parrotfish, angelfish, pufferfish, rays, and schools of tropical fish moving through volcanic reef formations.
Paddle boarding adds a more fluid and physically connected feeling to the experience. With no boats involved, the route feels closer to the natural rhythm of Baja California Sur.

Meeting and pickup
• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor
• If your hotel is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can check transportation availability for your area
• Guests arriving with their own vehicle may meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or directly at Playa Empacadora, where the experience begins from the beach
• Hotels outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, or Four Seasons, are not included in complimentary transportation and will meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas
• Cruise guests will also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit. Detailed walking directions will be provided with your confirmation message
• Cabo San Lucas cruise arrivals operate using tender boats, which may take additional time depending on port operations. We strongly recommend taking the earliest tender available or booking priority tender service whenever possible
• Guests who miss transportation or arrive late must arrive directly at Playa Empacadora before the activity start time at their own expense
Guests arriving with their own vehicle usually meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas. The activity starts at Playa Empacadora. Please let us know in advance which location you prefer so we can provide your exact meeting time and instructions.
What to expect
Standing above the water changes the perspective completely. Fish move beneath the board, pelicans glide overhead, and the Arch slowly appears between the granite formations along the coastline. Near Lovers Beach and the sea lion colony, the ocean becomes part of the experience itself — balance, movement, wind, and silence.
Later, the pace slows during snorkeling near Pelican Rock, where reef life fills the clear water below. Between paddle strokes, floating moments, and panoramic coastal views, the experience captures the feeling of Baja in its most natural form.

- Wind and ocean conditions may occasionally prevent access to the Arch area. If this happens, the experience continues around Land’s End with scenic paddling, coastline exploration, and additional snorkeling time. Partial refunds are not provided for ocean-condition route adjustments
- This experience requires favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund
- No locker facilities are available, but belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnancy, or serious heart conditions
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed
- Medical refund requests require an official same-day doctor’s certificate and prior notification before activity start time
