Private Cross Border Transfer between Hong Kong and Shenzhen

1. Before Your Transfer:
All passengers must have travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding.
To ensure a smooth arrangement, please book by 9:00 PM the day before. You will receive your booking confirmation within 1 day.

2. Travel Comfortably:
Private 7-seater Toyota Alphard with convenient door-to-door service. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 4 passengers, 4 standard suitcases, and 2 small carry-on bags. A standard suitcase is approximately 55cm × 35cm × 22cm. Any luggage larger than this will be counted as two pieces. If you are travelling with oversized or excess luggage, additional charges may apply depending on vehicle capacity.
Please note that infant seats are not available for this service.

3. Cross-Border Guidelines:
When crossing the border from Hong Kong to Mainland China, all passengers must disembark with their luggage and go through immigration. After passing through immigration, your vehicle will be waiting at the designated pickup area to take you to your destination.

4. Waiting Time:
Your driver will offer a complimentary wait for the first 30 minutes at the designated cross-border pickup area. After this, a fee of CNY 200 per hour will apply. If the delay is caused by long queues at customs, please record a video as evidence.

5. Additional information:
If Hong Kong Typhoon Signal No. 3 is in effect, your transfer can still proceed as planned. Please note there is an additional surcharge of CNY 200 for transfers to Shenzhen city areas, while transfers to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport incur a surcharge of CNY 400.
If Hong Kong Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect, transfer services will be suspended for safety reasons. We will contact you to advise on available options.
