Descent by cable car toward Stechelberg, then a picnic at Lake Brienz.

Upon arrival, you will take a scenic gondola to Grütschalp where your self-guided hike to Allmendhubel will start.

During this self-guided hike you will explore the alpine meadows below Schilthorn. With a detailed way description, you will follow the well-marked and smooth path to Allmendhubel. Along the way, you can enjoy the most scenic view of the iconic 3 peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Fitness Level: Basic Experience Level: Advanced Beginner Type: Self-guided Condition: Well-built trail, sunny, suitable for families Distance: 5km, with a total climb of 480m Average Duration: 2.5 hours As a hiker, please remember to plan accordingly: consider weather conditions, health conditions and medical insurance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience along the Mountain View Trail.
