Flight tracking is included for all airport arrivals. In case of delays, pickup time will be adjusted accordingly whenever possible.
Once the flight lands, passengers will be contacted via text message, WhatsApp, or phone call with pickup instructions and the exact meeting location.

2nd Service: Transportation – Miami Hotels to Port of Miami
Passengers will be contacted via text message, WhatsApp, or phone call when the driver is on the way to the hotel or accommodation.
Pickup is usually from the hotel lobby, main entrance, Airbnb, condo, or provided address.
Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time with all luggage.

3rd Service: Departure Transportation – Port of Miami or Miami Hotels to Miami Int. Airport
If pickup is from Port of Miami:
Passengers will be contacted early in the morning via text message, WhatsApp, or phone call to coordinate the exact pickup time and meeting point at the disembarkation terminal.
Typical pickup location is the Bus Zone area outside the cruise terminal.
Recommended airport pickup time is approximately 3 hours before domestic flights and 4 hours before international flights, unless otherwise requested by the passenger.
