Urumqi to Almaty Cross Border Bus E-Ticket

Step 1: Booking Your Ticket
1. Send a clear copy of all passengers’ valid passports to our team for booking.
2. Book at least 7 days in advance to secure your seat.
3. A digital ticket (QR code) will be sent to you via email, WeChat or WhatsApp one day before departure.

Step 2: Arriving at the Departure Station
1. Departure Station: Gongtie Lianyun Bus Station (Shaybak District, ~450m west of Urumqi Railway Station).
2. Arrive 2 hours before 19:00 departure for baggage check and document verification.
3. Ask station staff for help to find the boarding area if needed.

Step 3: Baggage Check & Boarding
1. Baggage: 25kg free allowance; excess baggage costs CNY 4/kg (paid on-site). Dangerous items are prohibited.
2. Board with your original passport and digital ticket QR code; verify your ticket to avoid boarding the wrong bus.
3. Settle in and prepare for 19:00 departure.

Step 4: On-Board Journey
1. Journey: ~24 hours total, with a rest stop (00:00–05:00).
2. Bring your own food and drinks (none provided); standard comfortable seating is available.
3. Keep your passport handy for border checks; our staff will guide you through.

Step 5: Arrival & Drop-off
1. Arrival Station: Sayran Bus Station, Almaty (arrives ~19:00 next day).
2. Collect all belongings before disembarking.
3. Local transportation (taxis, buses) is available near the station for your next destination.
