Three professionally trained geisha, dressed in magnificent kimono, will entertain you with traditional music and dance. Over a multi-course dinner, converse as they pour sake, then discover the playful side of geisha culture through traditional ozashiki games.
Before the evening, your private guide leads you through historic Asakusa, exploring the sacred world of Buddhism and Shinto and the secular culture of merchants and entertainment that flourished during the Edo period—providing essential context for understanding geisha culture.
Your guide then introduces geisha history, training, traditions, and etiquette before accompanying you throughout the evening to interpret and facilitate genuine interaction.
