During your 2-hour cooking class, learn to prepare authentic Japanese food using simple ingredients and techniques Tomoko uses when cooking for her family. Choose one main dish from favorites such as gyoza, ramen, okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake), sushi rolls, yakimeshi (fried rice), karaage (Japanese fried chicken), or teriyaki salmon, plus a seasonal side dish. Tomoko will share practical tips so you can recreate the dishes at home.
