What to expect

Join Diana at her welcoming home in the peaceful countryside of Poggibonsi in La Gruccia, amidst the rolling hills of Chianti, for an authentic Tuscan cooking class. After reviewing the menu, you'll dive straight into a hands-on cooking experience.

During this 2-hour pasta making class, learn to prepare classic Tuscan dishes using treasured family recipes passed down through generations.
Depending on the season, you'll prepare pumpkin ravioli or traditional ricotta and spinach ravioli served with butter and sage. You can also choose the type of pasta you'd like to learn to make - ravioli, tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, pici, scialatielli, tortelli or potato gnocchi. You'll actively participate in every step of the process, from making the dough and rolling out the pasta sheets to shaping the pasta and preparing the accompanying sauce. Your meal also includes a delicious dessert (tiramisu or mille-feuille or cantuccini or torta della nonna) and a glass of local wine.
