Our activity begins with a guided walk through a century-old orchard, where we discover the rich biodiversity that flourishes within this peaceful green oasis, while learning about the garden’s history and sustainable practices. Next, we participate in a traditional Thai dessert workshop, mastering time-honoured techniques used to prepare authentic sweets commonly found on menus across the nation. Under the guidance of skilled caterers, we learn to create beloved Thai treats including Khanom Tako, Khanom Jaak, Khanom Kho with coconut milk, Khanom Tom and Khanom Bua Loy.
