Itinerary

    6:30 AM: Depart for Cai Be via Trung Luong Express Highway, with a photo stop in Tan An town to capture views of the rice fields. 9:30 AM: Arrive in Cai Be. Board a motorboat to explore the Cai Be floating market and observe local trade. Visit a small family business for a coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn demo. Stroll through nearby villages, enjoying traditional folk music along the way. 11:30 AM: Cruise through canals and arrive at Tan Phong island. Join a cooking class to prepare Vietnamese dishes, followed by lunch in a garden setting. Relax on hammocks afterward. 2:00 PM: Cycle around village paths, meeting locals and visiting orchards. 3:00 PM: Return to Cai Be, then transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.
