Presidente Figueiredo is a small town north of Manaus, widely known as the “waterfall paradise,” with more than 100 waterfalls spread across its region. Its ancient rock formations reveal important clues about the prehistoric origins of the Amazon, making it a truly unique destination for nature lovers.
The town is perfect for travelers seeking unforgettable experiences in the heart of the rainforest—caves, trails, crystal‑clear streams, and breathtaking landscapes await.
We’ll spend a delightful day exploring the best waterfalls in the area, creating a memorable adventure just for you.

The first stop is Asframa Waterfall, a beautiful and easily accessible cascade surrounded by lush forest. Here, you’ll have about 30 minutes to enjoy a refreshing swim and capture stunning photos of this peaceful natural setting.
Afterward, we head to Iracema Falls, an impressive private complex located deep in the Amazon rainforest. Here, we take a gentle walk through the forest—an easy trail surrounded by stunning ancient rock formations and lush vegetation. Once we reach the waterfall area, you’ll have time to relax, cool off in the refreshing waters, or simply enjoy the scenery and take beautiful photos if you prefer to stay dry.
In the same area, you can also enjoy a refreshing swim at Sucuriju Waterfall. This experience is only possible during the dry season, typically from August to February, when the water level is low enough to reveal the falls and create safe access for visitors.
We will make a stop at a local restaurant along the route to enjoy a delicious barbecued Amazonian fish, freshly prepared and full of regional flavor. Lunch is included in the tour, while beverages can be purchased separately. After lunch, you can visit the Urubui rapids.
After lunch, we continue to Crystal Lake and the Red River, two stunning natural attractions located in the same area. At Crystal Lake, you can swim and cool off in its incredibly clear, refreshing waters—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the rainforest. We then visit the Red River, named for the high concentration of organic material that gives the water its unique reddish color. This natural phenomenon creates a striking contrast within the Amazon landscape and offers excellent opportunities for photos and appreciation of the region’s biodiversity.
After the tour, we begin our return trip to Manaus around 3:00–3:30 PM, aiming to arrive at your hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. Hotel drop‑off is included to ensure a smooth and comfortable end to your day.
