"KIMOTO" Time! Known as keeping the traditional ‘Kimoto-method’ yeast sake making style brewery. It shows many wooden Sake-making tools in the museum and can learn about Sake making. Taste the beautiful dedicated-craftsmanship Sake in front of the adorable Japanese garden and have a deeeeep breath here! *Sake breweries are subject to change due to regular closing days or weather conditions.
