Meeting and pickup
From Airport:
Terminal 2 (Domestic Flights): Head to the first exit on the right (transfers to hotels) and wait at the "Welcome Bar."
Terminal 2 (International Flights): Head to the exit and wait at the "Welcome Bar" located in front of the parking lot.
Terminal 3 (International Flights): Head to the exit and wait at the "Air MargaritaVille" bar.
Terminal 4 (Domestic and International Flights): Head to the left exit (labeled Hotel Shuttle). Then, locate the "Welcome Bar" next to the "Mini Market" and wait at "Platform D."
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Upon arrival, ensure you have an internet connection to stay in touch with your driver. If your phone company does not have coverage in Mexico, you can connect to the terminal's wifi network, which is free and secure.
• Before leaving the terminal, contact your driver via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to inform them that you are ready so they can enter your terminal, as you will lose internet connection once outside.
• Do not accept assistance from taxi drivers or other transportation providers, as they may provide incorrect information and confuse you.
To Airport:
Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

Sit back and relax during a safe, punctual, and comfortable ride, driven by a qualified professional who will take care of you until you reach your destination. With your return trip to the airport already arranged and secured, you can enjoy your time knowing that your transportation back is guaranteed.
Remember that each passenger can bring one piece of luggage for added convenience. If you cannot locate your driver, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
