Meeting and pickup
Before your transfer, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to coordinate the meeting point. Please reply to the message as soon as you land to ensure a smooth pickup.
Once you exit the airport, simply proceed to the terminal exit, where your driver/representative will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged meeting point.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our support team for assistance.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed at the meeting point. Sit back and relax during a safe, punctual, and comfortable ride, driven by a qualified professional who will take care of you until you reach your destination.

- Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.
