2Kampong Phluk Floating Village
Arrive at the Kampong Phluk ticket office to refresh before meeting your local expert guide, who will introduce you to the community and share the stories behind life on the ever-changing waters of Tonlé Sap Lake. Step aboard a local boat and glide through the village, passing stilted homes, fishing boats, schools, and everyday community life. Your guide will help you discover how generations of families have adapted to the seasonal rise and fall of the lake. For an authentic local experience, you can choose to take a small rowing boat operated by a local woman, exploring the quieter waterways while supporting the community directly. As the boat moves through the village and flooded forest, take in the peaceful scenery and discover a different side of Cambodia; where life moves with the water.

3Tonle Sap Lake
Continue by boat beyond the village and out onto the open waters of Tonlé Sap Lake, one of Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lakes. It’s a moment to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the incredible scale of Tonlé Sap before returning through the village.

4Siem Reap
