  Monasterio De San Isidoro Del Campo

  The Monastery of San Isidoro del Campo, located in Santiponce, just outside Seville, is one of Andalusia’s most remarkable historical monuments. Founded in the 14th century, this former Hieronymite monastery combines Gothic and Mudejar architecture with beautiful later additions. It became an important centre of religious and intellectual life, and was closely associated with the early Protestant movement in Spain.
