During this workshop, we have chosen to introduce you to exceptional products such as caviar, foie gras, and other emblematic delicacies of French excellence, paired with prestigious Grands Vins de Bordeaux.
You might be surprised by some unexpected combinations and the pure alchemy that arises from matching the right food with the right wine. Pairing food and wine goes beyond the general principles and success requires curiosity and even courage! It’s all about appreciating both the wine and food separately, as well as together.
This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and share your experience in a warm, friendly, and open atmosphere.

Meeting and pickup
Meet us in our tasting room, located in the very heart of Bordeaux, a stone's throw from Grand Théâtre.
What to expect
During this workshop, you will taste 5 fine Bordeaux wines, including 3 Grands Crus Classés, paired with:
• caviar,
• sturgeon and caviar rillette toasts,
• artisanal semi-cooked foie gras,
• artisanal cured duck breast,
• farmhouse cheese,
• “Bean to Bar” dark chocolate crafted in Bordeaux.
With each pairing comes the opportunity to learn about the products you’re tasting, their history and why they’re a match made in heaven. We have carefully selected fine Bordeaux wines and French delicacies made by local producers that make for interesting gourmet pairings.
