For travelers from San Pedro, this cave tubing and ziplining tour delivers two distinctly Belizean rainforest experiences in one mainland adventure. At Nohoch Che’en near Frank’s Eddy, follow the forest approach and receive a safety briefing before entering the Cave Branch River system. Float by headlamp beneath limestone ceilings, through chambers and past formations shaped over time by flowing water. The zipline then turns the same tropical environment into an aerial experience. Trained guides fit the equipment, explain each procedure, and lead travelers between platforms above the forest floor. The real distinction is the change in perspective: the tour moves from a river beneath the earth to the living canopy overhead, revealing how water, limestone, and rainforest combine to shape central Belize. Rather than treating cave tubing and ziplining as separate thrills, the experience presents them as two complementary ways to explore one landscape.

IMPORTANT — SAN PEDRO AND CAYE CAULKER GUESTS: This tour’s pickup begins in Belize City. We do not pick you up from your island hotel, and we do not escort you from the hotel to the water taxi terminal or airport. You must reach the terminal or airport, check in, and board independently. If your selected option says Self-Transfer, you must purchase your own ticket. If it says Water Taxi Included or Flight Included, we arrange only the specified ticket; transportation from your hotel to the departure terminal or airport is still not included. Water taxi arrivals: after collecting your luggage, meet your guide outside the main exit of the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi Terminal, 111 North Front Street, Belize City. Flight arrivals: the exact Belize City airport meeting location will appear on your voucher. Look for a guide holding your name or a Private Belize Adventure sign. Please arrive early enough to complete check-in.

1Mean and Dangerous Adventures
You’ll be given a basic orientation and safety briefing before heading off on a 30-minute hike which includes wading through a few knee-deep water streams. Don’t let the hike worry you though; as it’s mostly on flat terrain, is enjoyable and informative. It’s shaded by the rainforest canopy and our tour guides will point out flora and fauna noteworthy to the area.

2Caves Branch
. A couple platforms, into your Indiana Jones adventure, you’ll see the “hammock bridge” hanging almost 120 feet above the forest floor. Take in the tangled heart of Belize’s spellbinding and lush primeval forest, as the wide glade of trees fall away to reveal an infinite blue sky.
