At Xunantunich, walk through the ceremonial plazas, learn how the ancient city developed, and take in the wide Cayo District views around El Castillo. For cave tubing, follow your guide on the forest approach, receive a safety briefing, and float through the underground river while looking at the limestone formations overhead. On the zipline course, trained guides handle the safety setup as you move between platforms and see the forest canopy from above.

The panoramic views of the Cayo District and nearby Guatemala from atop ‘El Castillo’ are stupendous! Come with an open heart to experience simplicity and visiting another world for a few hours before heading off to Jaguar Paw for cave tubing & zip lining. When you’ve arrived at the outpost, you will meet your tour guides who will issue inflatable tubes, headlamps and life vest. You’ll be given a basic orientation and safety briefing before heading off on a 30-minute hike which includes wading through a few knee-deep water streams.
At Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve near Frank’s Eddy, reached from the George Price Highway west of Belize City, receive your helmet, headlamp, life vest, and tube. Walk through the forest with your guide, enter the Caves Branch River, and float through the limestone cave system and open-river section.
Meet the trained zipline guides for an equipment fitting and safety briefing covering braking, balance, and cable procedures. Move through the course one platform at a time while the guides manage each stage and help you travel above the tropical forest canopy.
