Starters Include: Six individually presented Thai bites explore familiar flavours, treasured recipes and ingredients from across Thailand — each accompanied by a cocktail pairing created to bring another dimension to the dish.
Mains Include: A complete individual dining set for each guest, bringing together three signature dishes and a traditional Thai dessert — each with a story of its own.
Full Experience Includes: Six Thai bites and thoughtfully crafted cocktail pairings, followed by 3 signature dishes and a traditional Thai dessert. A progression of flavours, and ingredients that brings the table together in one experience.
