Meet a local salt maker producing sea salt from the pristine waters surrounding Norfolk Island, sample locally raised beef and discover the small-scale, hands-on approach that is such an important part of island life.
Guests will also enjoy tastings of traditional dishes inspired by recipes and techniques passed down through generations, including a taste of local in-season produce. Discover Norfolk Island’s emerging tea industry and sample a selection of locally blended teas before visiting a local beekeeper to learn about the island’s bees and enjoy a tasting of local honey.

Meet first hand local passionate producers. Taste and discover the fascinating history of Norfolk Island liqueurs. Producing 15 liqueurs, rum, and whiskey from mostly local ingredients. Visit a local bee-keeper to taste local honey. Meet a host making local salt from the oceans that surround our little island. And taste our local beef. Onto a cooking demonstration and tasting, learn about our traditional dishes handed down by our Tahitian foremothers.
