Our driver will reconfirm your pickup details via WhatsApp one day before the activity. Please make sure your WhatsApp number is active and reachable.

* Kuta, Seminyak, and Canggu areas: around 08:00 AM
Pickup times may vary slightly depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions.
For areas outside the standard pickup coverage, an additional surcharge of IDR 200,000 per car will apply. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your accommodation is included in the pickup area.
