Meeting and pickup
We offer convenient pick-up services from hotels in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang, and Tubkaek Beach. Your precise pick-up time will be confirmed via email shortly after your booking.
Specific Pick-Up Instructions:
• Tonsai Beach: Please meet us at Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn, Ao Nang.
• Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas: Kindly take the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
• Railay Beach: we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
• Islanda Hideaway Resort: Look for our pick-up service at the 7-Eleven near Thara Park Pier.
• Balcony Party Hostel: Our pick-up point is the 7-Eleven on the main road.
• Andakiri Pool Villa: Please walk down to the main road and meet us at the T-Junction.
• Fullmoon Beach Resort & Restaurant Krabi: We'll pick you up from the main road entrance to the hotel.
Meet at Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

- Don't feed the monkeys as it makes them aggressive and stops them from foraging for food as they would normally do.
- Monkey Beach can be only accessed by speedboat in low tide.
- Notable rules at Maya Bay include no swimming, no single-use plastics, using reef-safe sunscreen and no use of drones without permission.
- During certain seasons, jellyfish may be present in the Andaman Sea, and contact can cause skin irritation or discomfort. To minimize the risk, we recommend wearing protective clothing such as watershoes and long swimwear when swimming.
- Ensuring your safety is our top priority. To that end, we strongly recommend wearing a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkeling.
- Speedboats navigate close to the shoreline, allowing passengers a convenient and effortless transition to the beach.
- While flip-flops are convenient, water shoes offer better protection against sharp objects like shells or rocks on the sand, and provide improved traction on wet surfaces.
- Shorts are ideal as they dry quickly and allow for greater freedom of movement, especially if the water level reaches above your knees when getting on or off the boat.
