What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Airport pickup: After landing, please meet our airport greeter at the confirmed arrival meeting point. The greeter will hold a name sign with your lead traveler name and coordinate with your driver, who will be waiting nearby.
Hotel pickup: Please wait at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the lobby or main entrance.
What to expect
For arrival transfers, our airport greeter will meet you at the confirmed arrival meeting point with a name sign. After meeting you, the greeter will coordinate with your driver, who will be waiting nearby, and guide you to your private vehicle.
For departure transfers, your professional driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time and assist with your luggage before driving you comfortably to Phuket International Airport.
All vehicles are privately arranged for your booking only. Travel in an air-conditioned car, minivan, or suitable vehicle depending on your group size and luggage. Drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with Phuket hotel areas.

- For airport pickups, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
- For hotel pickups, the date selected at checkout should be your departure pick up date
- • Please ensure that you are contactable at the contact number provided at checkout as the operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
